AURORA, CO – Advanced Circuits reported second quarter sales of $22.4 million, down 2.2% from a year ago and down 3% sequentially. Adjusted EBITDA was $7.29 million for the period ended Jun. 30, up nine basis points.

Net income was $3.27 million, down 15% year-over-year.
