AURORA, CO – Advanced Circuits reported fourth quarter revenue of $26.1 million, up 17.6% year-over-year. Net income was $4.38 million, versus $8.66 million in 2017.

EBITDA was $7.9 million, up from $6.23 million a year ago. Adjusted EBITDA was $8 million, up 26% over 2017.

For the year, the fabricator totaled revenues of $92.5 million and adjusted EBITDA of $30 million. The adjusted EBITDA margin was 33%.  For the year, sales were up 5.3% while adjusted EBITDA was up 10.3%. Net income was $15 million, versus $17.5 million in 2017.

Compass Diversified Holdings, the parent company of Advanced Circuits, generated pro forma net sales of approximately $1.7 billion, up 8.2% year-over-year.
