PENANG, MALAYSIA – GUH Holdings will spend $22.3 million for a new plant in Jiangsu province, China. The new site is scheduled for completion in 2020, according to reports.
“In Jiangsu, we can supply to the multinational corporations and the local electronic manufacturing companies supplying to the domestic and global markets,” said managing director Datuk Seri Kenneth H’ng.
GUH’s PCB production capacity will increase to 4.9 million sq. m. from 3.7 million sq. m. per year.
The firm added it expects PCB sales to flatten this year after growing 10% per annum in 2016 and 2017.
