WATERLOOVILLE, UK – SCL PCB Solutions Group has completed a merger of its subsidiaries Ragworm and Stickleback with Spirit Circuits.

All three companies provide PCB services as part of the SCL PCB Solutions Group. Stickleback provides large-format PCBs; Ragworm provides an online ordering portal for small- and medium-volume prototype PCBs; Spirit Circuits offers small- to medium-volume PCB manufacturing and VAR services to European customers.

The merger is aimed at streamlining the group’s corporate and operational structure.

The Ragworm brand name will be maintained, while the Stickleback brand will be absorbed into Spirit Circuits.

No financial terms were disclosed.
