HSINCHU, TAIWAN – Machvision said December revenue grew 180% year-over-year to $6.05 million, a record high.

Total 2017 revenue was $49.5 million, up 74.5% compared to the previous year.

Sales mix by product included flexible printed circuit board inspection equipment (39%), AOI equipment for rigid PCBs (19%) and IC inspection equipment (5%).

The supplier of printed circuit board inspection equipment said its new full-scan system with enhanced measurement specifications for PCB and flex circuits will begin shipments in March.
