The outstanding employees of both companies now come together with complimentary business models and core competencies. I am excited about the depth, experience and expanded capacity we now have to offer our valued customers and am enthusiastic about the potential synergy this acquisition presents.”
APCT will now have manufacturing sites in Northern California, Southern California and the East Coast, providing high-performance services to both commercial and military customers of rigid, flex and rigid-flex products.
