HOOSICK FALLS, NY — Oak-Mitsui will shutter its plant here by January and lay off 20 workers.

The move is related to the sale of the company's aluminum bonded copper manufacturing operation to CAC Inc.

Production at the New York site is scheduled to end by Jan. 2, and will be relocated to CAC's plant in southern California.
