MONROEVILLE, PA – Compunetics has agreed to acquire Circuits LLC, a flexible printed circuit board manufacturer.

This agreement will extend its PCB design and manufacturing capabilities and expand the range of its product offerings, the firm says.

“The two product lines complement one another and will offer our customers a greater ability to implement advanced design architectures," said Dr. Giorgio Coraluppi, Compunetics’ president and CEO.

Compunetics manufactures and supplies rigid, flexible and rigid-flex printed circuit boards for the defense, aerospace, communication, high-speed computing, medical and semiconductor markets.

No financial terms were disclosed.
