BEDFORDSHIRE, UK – Fineline Global has acquired Exception VAR as of Sept. 30 for an undisclosed sum.

In the past two years, the printed circuit board supplier also acquired QPI, KBL and IM-EX.

“The acquisition by Fineline brings considerable advantages to Exception VAR, with enhanced marketing, logistics and supply chain operations, in addition to Fineline’s highly sophisticated IT systems,” said Clive Wall, Exception VAR’s general manager.
