THOUSAND OAKS, CA -- Teledyne Technologies has completed its previously announced sale of its printed circuit technology business to FTG Circuits.

FTG paid $9.3 million in cash for the of assets of Teledyne PCT, the Hudson, NH-based designer and manufacturer of rigid-flex printed circuit boards and assemblies.

Based on its past three years of revenue, the division is expected to add $15 million to $20 million in annual revenue to FTG.
