HONG KONG -- ISU Petasys Co. Ltd. will acquire 71.4 million shares of ISU Petasys Asia Ltd. for 23.28 billion won ($20 million).

The deal is expected to close June 20.

Following close, ISU Petasys will hold a 85.3% stake in ISU Petasys Asia.

ISU Petasys is a top 35 global PCB fabricator, with annual revenues exceeding $500 million.
