WARWICK, UK – Ventec announced management changes designed to streamline its European operating structure to accelerate growth.

Effective immediately, Ventec Europe will be led by Thomas Michels, who in his role as managing director will oversee Ventec’s UK and Central Europe business units, as well as Ventec Option Ltd.

Michels will report to Mark Goodwin, who joined Ventec in 2007 and has served as chief operating officer for Europe and USA since 2013. Goodwin will continue his role as COO, with responsibility for Ventec's overseas business units, reporting to CEO Tony Lau.

Ventec recently announced an intended merger with TMT Trading, founded by Michels in 2003. The merger will enable a one-stop shop for customers of laminates and PCB base materials, the firm says.
