WILSONVILLE, OR – Mentor Graphics has acquired Nimbic, provider of 3D full-wave electromagnetic simulation solutions.

Nimbic's simulation capability and ability to calculate electromagnetic fields will expand Mentor's chip-package-board simulation portfolio, Mentor says.
