LONGMONT, CO -- Dr. Eric Bogatin today announced he would cease teaching his popular signal integrity classes by the end of 2013.

Dr. Bogatin's consulting group, Bogatin Enterprises, was acquired by Teledyne LeCroy in 2011 and has been operating as an independent, wholly owned subsidiary. Dr. Bogatin's future plans include activities within Teledyne LeCroy that will leverage his signal integrity expertise.

"Eric has a great deal of knowledge and experience in the area of signal and power integrity. We believe Eric's full time participation in strategic product development will help Teledyne LeCroy accelerate our ability to provide the very best, world class signal integrity solutions to our customers," said Teledyne LeCroy CTO David Graef.

Dr. Bogatin has been teaching signal integrity courses for over 20 years and has trained more than 10,000 engineers around the world. The final classes will be presented in Longmont: see www.bethesignal.com for a schedule.

Dr. Bogatin will continue to work with his publisher Prentice Hall on a number of textbooks. He will also lecture periodically on signal integrity and high performance measurement topics, and teach at the University of Colorado, Boulder, where he is part of the adjunct faculty.
