YAVNE, ISRAEL – An Israeli court next week will hold a fairness hearing on pending merger between Valor and Mentor Graphics.

As a precursor to the court hearing, Valor shareholders approved the EDA software company’s pending sale to Mentor Graphics

On Feb. 16, the two parties will address a Tel-Aviv-Jaffa district court. Any party wishing to oppose the petition must submit their position to the court no later than five days before the hearing.
