ATLANTA – UP Media Group Inc. today opened registration for the annual PCB West 2013 technical conference and trade show, coming in September to the Silicon Valley.

PCB West 2013 will be held Sept. 24 – 26 at the Santa Clara (CA) Convention Center and is sponsored by PCD&F and CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY.

PCB West 2013 includes a three-day technical conference consisting of more than 55 presentations, including more than 20 workshops, panel sessions and half- and full-day tutorials. This year’s technical conference features speakers from Siena, Oracle, L-3 and Freescale Semiconductor among many others and features the ever-popular Rick Hartley, Susy Webb and Gary Ferrari. Topics range from basic design techniques to flex circuit design, advanced RF, signal integrity, DDR 4 timing, and new component packages.

PCB West 2013 also features a one-day exhibition showcasing the PCB industry’s leading vendors, plus a day’s worth of free technical sessions ranging from selecting RF/microwave materials to 3D IC packaging to common design errors and how to catch them.

Attendees who register for the conference by August 23, 2013, will receive up to a $100 discount on select conference packages.
