Agilent and ASTER Partner for Seamless Test Coverage

SANTA CLARA, CA – Agilent Technologies Inc. and ASTER Technologies have partnered, allowing the integration of ASTER’s TestWay Coverage Analyst (TCA) across Agilent’s PCB assembly test platforms.
 
TCA provides a push button test coverage analysis tool for coverage estimation and measurement. It uses PCOLA-SOQ1 for the Agilent Medalist i3070 and i1000 platforms, and the full suite of features can be used for maximum coverage.
Users will be able to access a suite of test program tools quality reports, providing visibility on anticipated coverage and potential constraints affecting maximum fault coverage. Engineers can fine-tune test coverage prior to test development, saving time and money.
