SAN FRANCISCO – AllSpice.io, a leading hardware development collaboration platform, announced it has raised $15 million in a Series A round led by Rethink Impact, with participation from L'ATTITUDE Ventures, GingerBread Capital, DNX Ventures and existing investors. This brings AllSpice's total funding to $25 million.

The funding will support scaling enterprise functionality and launching the AllSpice AI Agent out of private beta to assist in hardware design validation. The AI-powered tool aims to automate repetitive tasks, improve design reviews and help teams achieve higher accuracy in electronics development.

Co-founder and CEO Valentina Ratner emphasized the need for modern, AI-enabled tools to support ambitious engineering projects. The platform provides electrical engineering teams with shared workspaces to collaborate, catch errors and automate documentation.
