YOKOHAMA, JAPAN – Zuken reported fiscal second quarter sales of ¥13.1 billion (US$124.3 million), down 4.6% year-over-year.

Net income for the period ended Sept. 30 was ¥702 million, a decrease of 50.5% compared to the same period last year.

Operating income was ¥966 million, down 45.7%.

The company expects full-year 2021 sales of ¥29 billion, net income of ¥1.75 billion and operating income of ¥2.8 billion.
