PTC carbon inks are designed for safer, more reliable electric heating systems for products from automotive seats to consumer electronics.

Use of self-limited positive temperature coefficient carbon ink materials reportedly helps ensure heated car seats maintain a more consistent temperature.  PTC technology is used in consumer electronics such as hair dryers and curling irons, rice cookers and crock pots, and small form factor air heaters such as space heaters and air ducts. Compatible with rigid and flexible substrates, as well as double-sided adhesives.
