Enables earlier virtual prototyping, fewer design iterations, and advanced “what-if” analysis for improved product quality and faster time-to-market. Combines electronics cooling DNA from FloTherm thermal analysis software and Concurrent Computational Fluid Dynamic (Concurrent CFD) from FloEFD line. Fully configurable interface. Accepts imported or CAD-generated geometries for library of models, and automatic meshing and data convergence to reduce execution times. Provides direct interface to PCB design flows such as Enterprise and other CAD suites.
