TR9000 PCB automated optical inspection system is for high-volume PCB and touch panel inspection. Inspects line widths/spaces down to 0.0014" (35 microns). Uses long-lasting red and blue LEDs as light sources to ensure high defect detection rates with low false calls. Inspects bare copper, flex, HDI and photoresist printed circuit boards up to 675 x 730mm (27" x 29"). Features one-button run that quickly sets the parameters for lighting threshold, alignment, board thickness and etching factor. Accepts CAM files directly to easily create test programs.
