Electrasil-3 silicone-based elastomer is a thermal and electrical conductive interface material. Uses a thin film or screen-printed paste to transfer heat from a printed circuit board ground plane to a heat sink. Bonds PCBs to heat sinks, specifically for RF applications. Is said to offer cooling performance, bond strength and thermal shock resistance. Is a low-cost version of Electrasil family.
