The K1000 manually operated circular blade depanelizer separates pre-scored PCBs up to 12.5" long without dust or scrap. Passes the score-line between two circular blades. Has front and back blade guards. Upper front blade guide is adjustable; gap is smaller than the thickness of the board. Gap between blades can be adjusted by rotating the upper eccentric blade cam. Blades are made of tool steel and can be re-sharpened. K2000 motorized circular blade depaneler also can be used.
