Master Bond introduces Master Sil 773, silicone conformal coating for PCBs. Master Sil 773 is reported to provide protection to electronic circuitry in high humidity environments and during exposure to shock and vibration.

At ambient temperatures, it cures to a highly flexible, transparent, low hardness silicone coating and maintains its low modulus in a temperature range of -65° C to +200° C.

It can be applied by dipping, brushing or spraying. With a tack free time under 5 minutes, it is suitable for manual or automated coating techniques. No solvents are necessary for repair or application procedures.
