ATLANTA – Intercept Technology has released Mozaix version 3.1 schematic software. The company reports that version 3.1 increases capabilities beyond basic schematic capture to attempt to tackle problems users face when trying to ensure the integrity of their schematic design.

The company reports that the software features enhancements in connectivity and net handling, with many performance and usability improvements included. Version 3.1 focuses on adding and merging nets, with dialogs where users can choose net names when nets are connected, disconnected, or if a conflict is presented, and to simplify procedures to ensure that connections are made properly.

“Version 3.1 of Mozaix boosts the application beyond what its competitors can offer,” said Abby Monaco, Product Manager, “and places the challenge of design integrity on the shoulders of the software rather than the user. Intercept’s software strives to simplify the most complex problems presented in the EDA industry.”

Mozaix schematic design software is available to customers on Sun Solaris, Linux, and Windows platforms.
