Features up to six Arm Cortex-A55 cores operating at up to 2.0GHz, Cortex-M7 and Cortex-M33 real-time co-processors, and an integrated eIQ Neutron NPU delivering 2 TOPS (8 eTOPS) of AI acceleration. Includes dual MIPI CSI-2 interfaces, next-generation ISP support, Safety Island architecture, TPM 2.0 security with FIPS 140-3 Level 2 compliance, and wireless variants supporting Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, Thread, Zigbee and Matter protocols. Intended for industrial automation, smart vision, medical imaging and connected infrastructure applications.
