Are designed to adhere to upcoming regulatory changes and do not contain OPEs/NPEs. Evabrite WS1 is single-component immersion-based process. WS1-E is two-component electrolytic process. Nanometers-thick coating reportedly offers lasting protection to silver surface, while not impacting contact resistance of silver deposit. Baths are stable, easy to maintain, and compatible with reel-to-reel and rack/barrel applications. Maintains wetting performance after exposure to multiple Pb-free reflow cycles.
