Carbon nanotube adhesive sheets have thermal conductivity of up to 100W/mK, even when interface resistance is included.

Vertically aligned carbon nanotubes are laminated, while maintaining original characteristics of high thermal conductivity and flexibility, as well as technology for bonding them with sufficient adhesion. Laminate layer consists of two layers: protective sheet and adhesive layer; has laminate structure in which laminate layer protects top and bottom of carbon nanotubes. Protects carbon nanotubes with a laminate layer, making them stable in shape and making cutting and handling easier. Adhesive layer that makes up laminate layer is made of polymer that is several microns thick. Thermal conductivity is reportedly up to 3x that of conventional indium heat dissipation material.
