Sarcon 15GTR is a thin thermal interface composite film made from heat-conducting silicone and a 0.05mm fiberglass reinforcement layer.

The general-purpose, 0.15mm-thick film is reportedly ideal for applications with complex die-cut shapes. Delivers thermal conductivity of 0.9 W/m•K. Exhibits thermal resistance of 0.51°C•in2/W when placed between a heat-generating component and a nearby heatsink. Is a V‐0 flame retardant material that is suited for applications with operational temperatures ranging from ‐40°C to +150°C. Is offered in rolls up to 300mm in width or can be die-cut to fit application.
