A307DC visual inspection system offers fully automated defect detection.

Has two test stages and conveyor system. Slip sheet inserter removes and replaces protective slip-sheets between boards. Cleaning rollers remove dust and other foreign materials before scanning. Double detection sensor prevents double-feeding of boards.  Auto loader and unloader. Resolution is 10 microns. Handles boards up to 10 x 12". Throughput is about 10 sec.
