Nano Dimension has filed with the SEC a tender offer statement on Schedule TO, including an offer to purchase, which provides the terms and conditions of the special tender offer. The special tender offer will expire at 11:59 p.m. EDT on Monday, June 26, 2023, unless extended or earlier terminated in accordance with the offer to purchase and the applicable rules and regulations of the SEC and Israeli law.
