DYCONEX AG, an MST company and global leader for highly complex solutions in electronic interconnect technology, would like to announce the following staff changes in quality management:
Dr Hans-Peter Klein, who has headed up quality assurance at DYCONEX since 2009, will retire at the end of February 2020. Under his leadership, the quality system has made significant progress, and new quality tools such as the Interconnect Stress Test, Marverick Control and Hot-E-Test have been rolled out.
Effective 1 March 2020, Dr Selcuk Mentese will replace him and become a member of the executive management. Selcuk Mentese already worked for DYCONEX as a process engineer and process quality manager from 2005 to 2011 and rejoined the company in early 2019. In the interim, he gained experience in quality and risk management in the Swiss electronics industry (exceet Group). He was responsible for the ISO 13485 and EN 9100 certifications as well as for the launch of the “New Product Introduction” process. Selcuk Mentese has a Master's degree from the Technical University of Berlin and received his PhD in materials science from the Chemnitz University of Technology.
“We would like to thank Hans-Peter Klein very much for his tremendous and important contribution to DYCONEX and wish him all the best for the future. We would also like to wish Selcuk Mentese every success in his new role,” comments Dr Hubert Zimmermann, CEO of DYCONEX AG.
