Rutronik, Inc. and Osram Opto Semiconductors have expanded their distribution agreement to include the North American market, resulting in a fully global franchise agreement, effective October 1, 2018.

PLANO, TX (October 1, 2018)  – Rutronik Inc., a leading global broad-line stocking distributor of a comprehensive range of electronic components, semiconductors, and product and technology solutions for IoT and embedded systems, has expanded its franchise agreement in North America with Osram Opto Semiconductors, a worldwide leader in optoelectronics for illumination, visualization, and sensor technologies. The agreement is effective October 1, 2018. Osram inventory is in stock in Rutronik's Texas warehouse facility, and also available via the e-commerce platform, Rutronik24.

Osram provides a wide range of LEDs in low-power, mid-power, high-power and ultra-high-power classes for general illumination, automotive, consumer, and industrial applications - as well as infrared emitters, lasers, and optical sensors.
