TAIPEI -- Nanya Printed Circuit Board's second quarter net loss fell to NT$230 million ($7.32 million), from a loss of NT$322 million in the first quarter.

The results extended the company's first-half losses to NT$552 million.

For the month, the fabricator company posted revenues of NT$2.462 billion, up 0.75% sequentially and 7.5% year-over-year. Year to date sales are down 2.7% from 2015.

Nanya expects to return to profitability in the current quarter as demand for boards for autos ramps.

Nanya ranked 12th on the 2015 NTI-100 list of the world's largest fabricators.
