BANNOCKBURN, IL – Overall North American electronics executive compensation budgets for 2013 are expected to increase 2.9% on average for 2013, according to a new IPC study.

Responding companies pay an average of 81.5% of employees’ health insurance premiums. Most also offer life insurance, defined contribution retirement plans and long-term and short-term disability insurance. 

The study reports on data from 41 North American electronics manufacturing companies, presenting data on executives’ base salaries, bonuses and other forms of compensation and benefits, and covers 12 executive positions.

For the first time, industry segments represented in this study include EMS/ODM companies, OEM/end-product manufacturers, PCB fabricators and assembly/fabrication equipment manufacturers.
