SAN DIEGO –  PCD&F today announced the winners of the 2015 New Product Introduction Awards for PCB fabrication.

The 8th annual NPI Awards recognizes leading new products during the past 12 months. An independent panel of practicing industry engineers selected the recipients.

The winners are:

General Cleaning                                                Nordson March (FlexVIA-Plus)

Plating                                                               The Dow Chemical Co./Dow Electronic Materials (Microfill LVF 4 Electrolytic Copper)

The awards were presented during a ceremony at IPC Apex Expo in San Diego.

“We were truly impressed with some of the new technologies over the past year. We saw a trend toward tools that enabled quicker processing of larger boards,” said Mike Buetow, editor-in-chief of PCD&F and CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY. “That, plus better software appeared to capture the judges’ attention.”
