SHANGHAI -- Laminate manufacturer Goldenmax International Technology has plans to invest 100 million yuan ($16.1 million) toward a new printed circuit board production manufacturing site in China.

The firm has filed papers to establish a new subsidiary, Anhui Jinhui Technology Co., in Jinzhai County, which lies near the common border of Anhui, Henan and Hubei Provinces, in east-central China. The new 130-acre campus will be built in three phases and is expected to have an annual output of 2.4 million sq. m. of product.

Goldenmax is a joint venture based in the Songjiang District of Shanghai. It makes copper-clad laminates, FR-4, FR-5, CEM-3 and prepreg. a
