AURORA, CO -- Advanced Circuits reported fourth-quarter revenue of $22.2 million, up 5.2% from a year ago.

Net income was $10.2 million for the period ended Dec. 31.

For the year, revenue increased 2.1% from 2016 to $87.8 million and EBITDA increased 2.5% to $26.7 million. Net income was up 88% to $17.5 million.

Compass officials said ACI's 2018 revenue and earnings would be flat to modestly higher in 2018. Management expects higher capital expenditures to invest in new manufacturing capabilities to support Advanced Circuits' growth.

The company also announced the retirement of chief executive Alan Offenberg after seven years in charge. As previously announced, Elias Sabo assumes the role of CEO.
