BRISTOL, WI -- PCB fabricator ITO Industries has closed, ending a 37-year run here.

The firm is reportedly undergoing liquidation following a March bankruptcy filing. In the Chapter 7 filing, ITO listed debts of $2.8 million.

The company was founded in 1980 and operated a 30,000 sq. ft. plant in southeastern Wisconsin.
