PETAH-TIKVA, Israel, Eltek Ltd. (ELTK), a global manufacturer and supplier of technologically advanced solutions in the field of printed circuit boards, announced today that the reverse stock split previously announced by the Company on October 17, 2017, shall become effective prior to the opening of the market on November 22, 2017.

Pursuant to the reverse split, each 5 Ordinary Shares, NIS 0.6 nominal value per share, will be converted into one Ordinary Share, NIS 3.00 nominal value per share. No fractional shares will be issued as a result of the reverse-split. Instead, all fractional shares will be rounded up or down to the closest whole number of shares.

As of November 15, 2017, there were 10,142,762 Ordinary Shares outstanding and after the reverse split there will be approximately 2,028,552 Ordinary Shares outstanding.
