SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – Cookson Group’s Alpha and Enthone businesses have become part of the newly formed Alent plc. This comes as a result of a demerger on Dec. 19. The management of the former Cookson Performance Materials Division will remain intact, with the CEO, Steven Corbett, continuing to lead Alent. Rick Ertmann will continue as president of Alpha.
