BANNOCKBURN, IL – IPC has appointed former Haier Group subsidiary executive Philip S. Carmichael president of its China branch. Carmichael has served in five Fortune 500 companies since 1983, and has lived in Asia for more than 30 years. He was CEO of Unisteel Technologies; president of the Asia Pacific subsidiary of Haier; chairman of Asia Pacific and corporate vice president of Lexmark, and corporate vice president and regional director for China, Taiwan, Korea and Hong Kong for Rockwell.
