PETACH-TIKVA, ISRAEL -- Eltek today named Endicott Interconnect Technologies as a sales partner in the US. Financial terms were not disclosed. Endicott Interconnect, a leading provider of turnkey services for printed circuit board and assembled boards, will strengthen Eltek's presence in the US market, especially among defense and medical customers, the firm said in a press release. The move follows a previous agreement signed in February under which Eltek represents Endicott Interconnect in Israel. "The current cooperation between the companies in the Israeli market will now extend to the US market and help increase our sales within North America," said Jim Barry, President of Eltek USA. "Endicott's relationships with many major Tier 1 US-based customers provides us with an ideal platform to increase sales of our complex high-end, rigid-flex technology within this market. This partnership supports our long term business plan and strengthens our position in the growing medical and defense global markets." “We recognize Eltek's technological capabilities, and believe that the reliability and quality of Eltek's high end rigid-flex boards will benefit both companies through a stronger presence in the US market," said Warren Dannelly, Endicott Interconnect’s vice president of sales.
