SINGAPORE -- CPH Ltd. expects to report a net loss for its fiscal year ended March 31, the printed circuit board fabricator said today.

CPH said the loss is tied to the company's PCB operations, which were hit by weakening conditions in the second half. Gross profit margin was also lower on weaker end-market demand.

The results will delay commercial production of certain R&D initiatives, the firm said.

The company will release its annual report by May 30.
