K7000 singulates thin pre-scored panels with close component spacing. Is said to safely depanelize boards as thin as 0.020”. The 12” (304mm) long linear blade has a 0.030" (0.762mm) thin symmetrical cutting edge designed for PCBs with closely spaced components. Circular blade is 3.8" (71mm) in diameter and has same cutting edge profile as linear blade. Is mounted on a shaft with center line of cutting blade passing directly through the middle of the support bearings. Weighs under 20 lb. and footprint is 21” wide x 13” deep.
