| Altium Adds More Analog Part Models to Library |

CARLSBAD, CA -- Altium has added a "substantial" number of Microchip Technology's board-level components to its online content delivery system, the CAD software developer said today. New part models include Microchip's linear, mixed-signal and interface analog components. Altium developed the part models in collaboration with Microchip. The models include schematic symbols, PCB footprints and a detailed 3D model for 3D mechanical integration during the PCB design process. They are said to be design-ready and include corresponding supply chain information, such as real-time price and availability, inside Altium's Designer 10 CAD tool.
