SAN JOSE, CA -- CAD Design Software and CADParts & Consulting announced that CADParts & Consulting has entered into a VAR agreement with CAD Design Software to sell and support CAD Design Software’s line of design and layout tools, with a focus on PCB, Radio Frequency / Microwave, Flex, and Hybrid/MCM (LTCC) technologies.  Additionally, CADParts & Consulting is integrating several seats of CAD Design Software’s EPD (Electronics Packaging Designer) into their development flow to further support their design customers.

Don Beane, President of CADParts & Consulting LLC, said "With the addition of CAD Design Software’s specialized layout tools, we now can offer our customers highly automated layout solutions for unique designs that have traditionally been highly manual operations.  And we are also able to benefit internally from the reduced time to market by reducing our overall design time with CAD Design Software”.

Said Gordon Jensen, CAD Design Software’s vice president of sales and marketing, “We are continually working closely with numerous military and commercial customers and material suppliers to further automate the design process of leading edge technologies, which results in reduced design time while improving yields (DFM) for our customers.  CADParts is well known in the industry as a top provider of leading edge design solutions and design services.  We are happy to partner with CADParts to better help all of our customers achieve further reduction in time-to-market.”
