PARIS, FR - Bull SA said it has sold Maine Circuits Imprime, a subsidiary, to Elco of Italy for an undisclosed amount. Maine CI manufactures multi-layer PCBs for the aerospace, military, scientific and technology markets. The company employs 80 people and had revenues of $10.2 million in 2006. Elco will reportedly also make substantial capital investment into the company over the next two years.

SX45 Stereo Zoom Microscope

Vision Engineering introduces the SX45 stereo zoom microscope. Although it is affordable, it maintains a high level of optical performance. It has a zoom ratio of 6.3:1 and a magnification of x50.

A digital or USB camera can be used simultaneously, and a trinocular viewing attachment is available. Users can choose from numerous standard options, such as the bench stand, the boom mount and the articulated arm.
