NPC To Wait Until 2008 to Increase FC Substrate Capacity Print E-mail

Taiwan - Nan Ya Printed Circuit Board (NPC) will not increase its current flip-chip (FC) substrate production and will reassess the market in the second-quarter of 2008 before deciding to increase capacity, according to the company.


After an increase of 13% to 30 million units in third-quarter 2007, the company said that it will focus on smoothing its operations and improving its process technologies.
